Summary: Upon arrival we were given a room that felt fresh and clean but the heating didn’t work, the room we were moved to didn’t feel as fresh n clean but was still not too bad. I know the hotel can’t be responsible for noise but there were a lot of young (teens) making heaps of noise late Friday and Saturday night, we had an early flight Sunday so it was a bit unfair. We told the receptionist at checkout, she said we should have notified them sooner. We understand the establishment isn’t responsible for other people’s behaviour.
