1938 totally renovated midtown duplex, just 2 blocks from Historic Route 66. If you are attending an event at the Tulsa Expo Fairgrounds, the University of Tulsa, or the BOK Center downtown, this vintage charmer is the place for you to make yourself at home. It is the perfect setting for a couple, or a small family, a ladies' trip, business travelers or fairgrounds exhibitors.
This floorplan allows for 2 bedrooms separated by the shared bath, for more privacy. There are queen sized beds in each bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are fully stocked. The open kitchen/dining area has all new appliances, with a retro style counter top and matching new chrome dinette set. Large stack washer and dryer. Smart TV to access all your streaming services. You also have access to the free, high speed Cox WiFi. The kottage is decorated with many vintage items of furniture and collectibles. There is a wide circle drive in front to accommodate more than one car and easily access the street. The keyless code panel on the front door allows your check-in to be as quick and effortless as entering your own home.

We are just a couple of blocks to a great local diner, Braden Park, and antique stores.
We are located a mile from 1-244, which will take you downtown in 5-8 minutes. There you will find the Tulsa Theater district, Cain's Ballroom, the Blue Dome District, Driller Stadium, and the BOK Center. This historic, artistic area boasts many fine restaurants, art galleries, live music venues and nightlife destinations. Just a couple of minutes from the Kottage, you will find the Pearl District, Cherry Street, and the brand new Mother Road Market. We are very close to two major hospitals, Hillcrest and St. John's, with Utica Square shopping center just across the street from St. John's. Elegant dining and shopping venues are available at Utica Square and Cherry Street and Brookside. There is another side of the duplex (Katie's Kottage #1) for rent as well, with a totally different decoration scheme and 2 bedrooms with each having an ensuite full bath. This side of the duplex is approx. 750 square feet and the #1 side is approx. 850 square feet.
