Summary: Staff was amazing at check in. Room was nice and clean and the bathroom (spa room) was exceptional. My only complaint was the noise level. There was no noisy neighbors or anything, just thin walls and doors so you could hear every door close and anyone walking down the hallway having a normal conversation. We stayed there for the proximity to summerfest and that did not disappoint.
