The space
***Important to note*** Not only do you have access to the entire home and expansive yards, this lot borders the public Army Corps of Engineer land that surrounds Lake Allatoona. Therefore, you have direct access to all the trails. Please plan to enjoy wooded walks or bike rides. There is a marked trail to our private dock! The mulch path to the right of our driveway starts the stroll.

The Dock

• You are welcome to bring your own boat, we are near to Victoria Landing. Our dock accomodates standard size boats.
***A Seasonal Note: water levels start to drop in October. Dec-Feb are the lowest months***
