Two bedroom finished camp with large open kitchen, bright and airy living/dining room with views of Lake Champlain and new modern bathroom. One bedroom has Queen size bed. Second bedroom has two double beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful family friendly area. Small beach provides lake access for swimming, paddle boards, canoes and kayaks (bring your own). The beach area and firepit is shared with the owner. Outdoor deck with views of Lake Champlain. Great location - 2 miles from free boat launch, 5 minutes from Point Au Roche State Park, 15 minutes from shops and restaurants in Plattsburgh, 15 minutes to ferry to Vermont, 45 minutes to Montreal, 1 1/2 hours to Burlington and Lake Placid. Please note there is no TV, but there is internet so you may access your own movie/TV shows on your own devices, and there is no AC, but there are many screened windows to welcome a breeze, and several ceiling fans and a portable fan.
