Beautifully furnished throughout. Great lake view from the 12' x 15' lake side balcony. The living quarters are above a two car garage. Central a/c and heat, picnic table, Weber charcoal grille, and a gas grille. Bathrooms have step in showers, no tubs. State boat launch is approximately 2 miles east. The seasonal floating dock can accomodate 21 foot +/- watercraft. Limit of one powerboat on the dock. The camp is approximately 30 mins to Lake George Village, 30 mins to Gore Mt. SKi Resort, and approximatley 45 minutes to Lake Placid.
