Cottage sits on a 1-acre lot with 85 ft. of water frontage. There is plenty of room for you and whatever you may bring.
Enjoy outdoor activities through every season with ORV, boating, fishing, hunting. snowmobiling & much more.
Cottage includes (2) kayaks with rental for your relaxing roam around the lake. (Please bring your own life jackets)
Also included is a charcoal grill, washer/dryer, A/C, WIFI, and basic cable. The pontoon rental is no longer available.
Loft includes a queen bed & bunks sleeping (4). Larger bedroom includes queen bed, smaller bedroom includes (2)bunk beds.

ORVrs - ATVrs & Sled-heads are welcome as well as the lake lovers! - DNR trails connects to Cadillac, Baldwin and Thompsonville!!
You can ride your ATVs right off the property to the trails and into Irons for fuel and food only 3 miles away or fuel up at the corner store just around the corner at Natahka 1/4 mile away.
Conveniently located near by are ski resorts (Caberfae Peaks & Crystal Mountain)
Canoeing & kayaking (Shomler's & Horina's right off M-37)
Mountain Biking and hiking (North Country Trail and BIG-M cross county ski area)
GREAT FISHING from what we are told - right outside your door, explore the many major trout streams nearby; Big and Little Manistee, Pere Marquette, Sauble and Tippy Dam or right on lake Bass in front of the cottage your staying in!
HUNTING - 600 acres of federal land nearby.
Fire pit with outdoor seating, charcoal grill, deck, plenty of trails throughout so bring the bikes!
Full size refrigerator/freezer in an open kitchen area with everything for feeding the crew, just bring the groceries! Plenty of seating, for 4+ at the dinner table plus outside patio are.

50% Deposit Required to secure your booking. Balance is Due 30 days prior to arrival date along with signed rental agreement. Cancellation fees apply, details in your rental agreement.

Refundable Property Protection Fee of $200 for rental.
