The cottage features a large deck with west-facing sunset views over the lake. A total of 3 stories, this includes a basement ideal for kids to hang out and play games, the second level living and dining area, kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms, and a loft bedroom with a built-in desk and bathroom featuring a traditional claw footed tub. Large front windows provide a sweeping view of the lake. A cozy gas fireplace, rich wood surround, and open floor plan.

Each season provides a different experience at the lake cottage. In the spring, sap is flowing in the many sugar houses throughout the region. In the summer, enjoy the wide grassy beach and dock ideal for sunbathing, swimming, kayaking, fishing and an evening campfire. There is plenty of room for kids to be kids and the adults to unwind. Enjoy watching for loons and osprey on the lake, or getting buzzed by hummingbirds. Berry picking is plentiful later in the summer. Fall brings the glorious colors alive along the shores of Lake Eden in one of the most scenic areas of Vermont. Winter is snug and quiet with plentiful snow with the cottage looking out over the frozen lake and snow covered trees. Perfect access for ice fishing, snowshoeing, sledding and cross country ski lovers, or just snuggling up by the gas fire and enjoying a book or movie.
Cottage guests are provided access to a dock, 2 sit-on-top kayaks, a canoe and pool table for their recreation enjoyment.
What to do in the area:
Take a tour of regional tourist spots including Cabot Farms Creamery, Boyden Farms, and Maple Grove Farms. Just minutes away you can experience dog-sledding year round. In Stowe, enjoy shopping in town or along the Mountain Road toward the ski resorts. Waterbury features the world-famous Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory and the Cider Mill (a favorite). Area farmers markets team with local produce and farm products. Winter activities in the region include horse-drawn sleigh rides, ice skating, skiing/snowboarding, dog-sledding, and more. There are plenty of beautiful drives and bicycle routes throughout the region, including several covered bridges .

Situated between Jay Peak and Stowe, its a short 30 minute drive to either ski resort. Burlington is the closest airport and approximately 1:15 minutes away. Amtrack is located in Waterbury about 40 minutes away. Quebec is about 30 minutes to the north and Montreal approximately 2.5 hours.
