This house is on a well and septic system. The water from the faucet is drinkable, delicious and comes out cold. Due to septic system, please do not throw anything down the toilet other than toilet paper - Please : ) Although the road is amply plowed and sanded during winter months, guest should have a four wheel drive vehicle or good snow tires to navigate the road in the event of a snowstorm.
