The JJ Lang is an artfully designed four season waterfront home with stunning lake views. The property offers a unique experience for any season. In the winter the expanse of lakeside windows creates a surreal feeling being outside despite being toasty warm in the cozy interior with blazing fires creating a feeling of serenity and distance from the stresses of your life for which you sought refuge here.
Four bedrooms with two separate large living rooms comfortably accommodate 18 people. There are two sofa sleepers which can be a private space for sleeping if you want to spread out. One electric fireplace is a nice touch in the cold winter.
The kitchen, dining, and great room are all discrete spaces; yet are all interconnected and large enough so that you can withdraw into your own private space while remaining connected to the happenings of your group.
BEDROOMS
The top floor has three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom, constructed with privacy in mind, has stunning lake views, a private bathroom with heated whirlpool bath and shower. It is truly amazing, comfortable, and unique.
The second and third top floor bedrooms have two sets of queen over queen bunk beds in one room, and a queen bed in the other room. There is also a small sitting room space which has a sofa sleeper. These bedrooms share a second floor full bathroom with shower.
The first floor bedroom can be turned into a private suite with a full size bed. It has its own private bathroom with shower in the back of the home.
There is also a sofa sleeper in the lake room.
Full size washer and dryer, along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
KITCHEN
There is a fully equipped kitchen with glass and gas cooktops, convection oven, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, two stoves and ovens, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and barware. Just outside the kitchen on the deck is a propane grill. There is an extra refrigerator with freezer in the garage.
The kitchen island where no one is left out of the fun. There is seating for seven to eat and converse. The cooks, preparers and clean up crew are all included with what is going on in all the spaces around them.
DINING
There are three dining areas, the kitchen table seats six comfortably , the island seats seven, the main dining table accommodates eight, then there is another dining table that seats ten.

OTHER AMENITIES
Other amenities include a fully equipped laundry room including large washer and dryer. The large living room contains a large screen TV (no cable). You can stream any Apple or Android device to the TV using the provided Roku. The second (smaller) living room has a fire place as well as a smaller TV.
THE POOL, DECK, LAWN, AND LAKE
In the center of the backyard is a large, heated, lit, in-ground swimming pool. There is a large cement slab all around the pool for sitting and enjoying the views of the lake, the fun in the pool, or just relaxing.
An expansive lawn extends from the pool to the lake. There is plenty of space for lawn games and socializing. Near the shoreline is a large fire pit for cozy camp fires.
The pool and lawn require periodic maintenance so you might see the owners periodically performing these tasks.
We have installed a beautiful dock for fishing, swimming, or relaxing. The water is nice and shallow for swimming or wading.
We have a natural shoreline, which is home to frogs, turtles, dragonflies and fish habitats. Beyond the shore is a sand bottom, no muck, no stones, no rocks and no drop offs. Just pure sand. The lake is extremely safe at only 2 feet at shore. It is also perfect for swimming and great for water sports.
