Summary: Overall I enjoy the house. The inside of the house was clean and it was only steps from the lake. I had 2 issues. The most important is that there is only on legitimate bedroom, and a loft. There are 2 beds in the loft but no privacy, and in terms of sound you might as well be sleeping in the living room. I believe it is a blatant misrepresentation to say this is a 2 or 3 bedroom house.(At one point the house description says it's a 3 bed room and then at another point it says it's a 2 bedroom.) In reality it is a 1 bedroom house with a loft that has 2 beds. My other issue is hot tub. The hot tub was prominently featured in the house description. The hot tub itself was nice, but it clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time. There were bugs, and debris floating in the water. In fact the whole back patio, where the hot tub resides, was basically unusable. It was overrun by spiders, cobwebs, mosquitoes, and dead bugs. It really needed to be fumigated and wiped down. I am disappointed that they rented the house without bothering to clean the patio or hot tub.
