4 Bedroom Cabin in Breezy Point, Pequot Lakes
Located just 2 1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities, we offer a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a beach house that is only steps away from the lake. We are on the north/south arm of Lake Ossawinnamakee in Breezy Point/Pequot Lakes area of MN; centrally located between Crosslake and Nisswa.
When we purchased our lake home in 2018, it had been completely remodeled. We painted the kitchen cabinets and also completely remodeled the front room and added a convertible couch that sleeps 1 adult or 2 small kids.
The main level offers an open concept kitchen and family room with a TV. A master bedroom (king bed) and a full bath. Just off the kitchen & family room is a wrap around deck overlooking the lake.
The lower level is lakeside with a walk out onto a concrete patio and includes a family room with a TV, two more bedrooms, full bath and a laundry room.
Just a few steps from the main cabin is an adorable beach house that has an amazing view of the lake with a bunk bed (full and twin), if so inclined. The fire pit is located lakeside just outside of the beach house.
Guests will have plenty of parking and convenient access to the cabin, along with a two car detached garage to store your bikes, golf clubs, and other gear.
The public access on Lake Ossawinnamakee to launch your watercraft is located on the east end of this beautiful 690 acre, 4.75 mile long lake, offering 13.5 miles of shoreline and clear water depths from +20’ for you to enjoy the morning coffee cruises, water activities with the kids, and of course the great fishing; with full access and use of the 2nd dock.
We welcome you to come stay, relax, and enjoy our cabin and all the lake has to offer; in addition to everything the quaint neighboring communities have to offer with several nearby golf courses, bike and snowmobile trails, shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops and much more. If you are looking to rent a boat, pontoon or other water toys, there are several places in Cross Lake, Breezy Point or Pequot Lakes.
