ABOUT THE COTTAGE
Conveniently located in Hillsboro, NH on Franklin Pierce Lake! The Quaint Cottage provides the perfect vacation experience without the commute, traffic jams, or lines of the Lakes Region and White Mountains. It’s a place to kick back, completely relax, spend quality time with family or friends, and enjoy. Out of respect for neighbors, though, this is not a place for parties.
THE QUAINT COTTAGE
The Quaint Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 people. Open-concept living and kitchen space is fully equipped and includes a cozy dining area. The cottage is set back 20 ft from the Rustic Retreat and has a screened in porch overlooking the lake. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom with a memory foam queen bedroom and the second bedroom with two twin beds. Upgraded WiFi and flat screen (Roku and HD for streaming) and DVD player but no cable TV. There is also no washer/dryer but there’s a laundromat nearby.

The Quaint Cottage in setback from the water behind the Rustic Retreat (See pictures) but don’t worry you still have waterfront view and waterfront access!
Games are available in the cottage. Also a ton of DVDs and books are located in the shed. Please return when finished so others can enjoy.
Each cottage has a private parking area. ONLY two vehicles per cottage allowed on the property.
On the beach you will find, beach loungers, picnic table and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Please put everything you use back in the original place after use.
WHAT TO DO DURING THE FOUR SEAESONS
In the SUMMER you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and more. Bring your own boat and dock it on our 50 foot dock! Also we are just minutes from golfing, hiking trails, and historic sites.
In the FALL enjoy spectacular foliage as you hike and bike at nearby trails. Enjoy New Hampshire fairs and festivals, antique shopping and maple syrup tasting.
In the WINTER you are just minutes from main snowmobiling trails and ski mountains featuring over 100 ski trails, night skiing, terrain parks, tubing, etc. The lake and surrounding areas provide excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Bring your snow machines!
In the SPRING enjoy fishing, hiking and mountain biking on nearby trails or just sit back and relax with a good book. It’s very quiet on the lake this time of the year.

 Please leave used sheets on the beds so they can be stripped and washed after checkout.
 Please try and conserve towel use by reusing towels if possible. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout.
 Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of prior to leaving. Each cottage has a garbage can.
 Dishes should be washed and put away before leaving.
 Dogs and cats are not allowed in or on the property.
 There is absolutely no smoking. This is a non-smoking property including outside. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
 There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED or you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
 There are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

I understand there is a $250.00 security deposit held on the credit card provided by the customer at the time of reservation thru the VRBO money request.
