This private studio sits above the garage on a lakefront piece of property that's shared with a separate, freestanding main house (which can be rented as well). The waterfront area of the grounds - including the firepit - is shared between the two spaces. Here in the outskirts of small-town Rockwood, you'll be less than five miles from the Kineo Shuttle and a scenic trip across the water from Mt. Kineo State Park and the famous Mt. Kineo Golf Course.
With windows on all four sides framing the treetops and the lake itself, the studio is a bright and beautiful space to begin each day. Fix yourself a cup of coffee in the kitchenette (with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a Keurig) and sit down at the table by the window with a simple breakfast, a loved one, or a good book.
After a day of swimming, fishing, or snowmobiling, settle in for a cozy evening of board games and movies streamed on the smart TV. Additional features of the studio include high-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer.
