Shared dock with Duncan Cottages, comes with shared access to kayaks, stand up paddleboards and Watervale tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and 5 minute walk to miles of private Lake Michigan Beach.
House was recently remodeled, new kitchen and bathrooms, and paint throughout in the winter of 2020.
