You'll find this 4,500 square foot waterfront home a short drive up M22 to idyllic Frankfort or to the incredible Sleeping Bear Dunes. Even closer, the house is only a mile from Arcadia Dunes, the largest preserve of the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy with 15 miles of trails. Closer still, stroll down a private staircase leading down to a soft sand beach where you can swim or launch the provided tandem kayak and stand-up paddleboard (multiple sizes of lifejackets are provided as well).
There's something for everyone nearby. Golfers can play the famed Arcadia Bluffs course which is only four miles away. Boaters can make the quick trip to Crystal Lake or Portage Lake for daily rentals. In the winter, venture to Michigan's best skiing at Crystal Mountain just minutes away.
This is the perfect spot for a memorable family reunion or friends getaway, offering beauty, comfort, and entertainment at every turn. Take out a provided bike to visit Inspiration Point or stroll the beloved Overlook Trail, or get your exercise at home using the Peloton (BYO log-in for classes). Set up bocce or the cornhole set out back, host a tournament on the shuffleboard table, or simply marvel at the view from nearly any room in this 2024-construction home.
The house is full of large rooms and generous spaces to gather, from the two-story great room to the more casual den. Two primary suites come with oversized windows to wake up gazing out at Lake Michigan. Eat together at a 12-foot custom table that will seat multiple families.
