Our mountain home is located in the Spring Valley community in lovely Divide, Co. just an hour from Co. Springs. You won’t believe the amazing views of the reservoir & Pikes Peak mountain from the wrap around front deck! Enjoy your meals, soak up the sun, relax by the fire pit, watch the boaters & fishermen & relax on the deck that has an automatic awning & plenty of seating. It’s only 5 miles from Divide center for groceries or dinner out. It’s 3 miles to trailer your ATV to numerous forest trails.

On the main level is the master bedroom which has a king bed, private bath with a jacuzzi tub & separate shower. The door to the master bdrm is a pocket door that does not lock. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper & a gas fireplace for cozy days & nights. There’s a 1/2 bath nearby. Please note that the 2 bathrooms on this level have pocket doors that do not lock. Also on the main level is an updated modern kitchen. A coffee maker & a Keurig are provided. The laundry room is on the main level with full size w/d. An attached garage completes this level with inside parking for 1 vehicle.
Upstairs is a single lounger in the loft area for relaxing or reading with amazing lake views. Nearby is a private bedroom with a king bed & bath with shower. There is a balcony outside this bedroom. There is also a pack & play sleeper for your little one.
On the lower basement level is an open room with a queen bdrm set, Foosball table & a table w/3 chairs. Also on this level is a private bdrm w/queen bdrm set, a crib w/changing table & 3/4 bathroom. A fenced front yard with children’s play set completes this level.
Cell service is spotty. It’s best to use WiFi calling here. Stay connected with wireless internet. Plenty of board games are available. A Smart TV is in the living room that you can watch your apps on. There is also a DVD player to watch your favorite movies on. Some movies are provided. Cable TV service is not available. A Wii game system with a few games is provided.
A propane grill, electric smoker & extra fridge are located in the garage. There is no a/c, but it isn’t necessary due to cooler mountain climates.
