Summary: The communication between the property owner Bernard and Emma the property manager based in Spain was fantastic. Every question was answered promptly. We visit Spain every year as a big family and have lots of villas to compare this one to. Our main positives/outstanding features would be: The open plan kitchen - as the nominated family chef I often find myself tucked away in the kitchen away from the action on holiday, however because the kitchen was so open and the doors fully open exposing the outdoor seating area and pool it made for a very social cooking environment and I didn’t miss out on anything. This is probably my favourite part of the villa. Dishwasher- I would say 90% of the villas we rent have dishwashers which haven’t been maintained or topped up with salt or rinse aid which results in dirty crockery but this villa has a working/clean dishwasher! An absolute joy for us! Thank you. The pool - this was a good size and kept very clean. Amount of bathrooms- it was nice to have so many bathrooms, we didn’t feel on top of each other and everyone had some privacy. Seating area- the seating area was perfect, large table and undercover to shelter from the hot sun. Area- we hired a car so we managed to explore the area and enjoyed many activities like the climbing adventure park, which our children adored. However, walking to the local shops was somewhat difficult as there’s no footpath for some of the way on the main road which scared us with the children. Gardens- the gardens were well kept and pretty which enabled us to spread out. We had a couple of teething problems, the facilities in the annex weren’t working properly and the shower kept going hot and cold. However because we had the main villa it didn’t matter and we didn’t bother moaning because it honestly didn’t detract from our experience, we literally used it to sleep and that’s it. On arrival the villa was overall quite clean, but some areas had been missed, apparently the previous renters had left it in a bit of mess and it was difficult to get it ready for our check in time. However we just got on with it and gave it another wipe over. Again it’s didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay, we understood that sometimes these things happen and we didn’t want to check in any later. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this villa and would absolutely return to rent it again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will hopefully see you soon.
