Summary: The staff is very helpful and the place is well maintained. The somewhat residential location is nicely quiet, but also convenient to get to. The price is very good and for the comfortable ambience of the hotel it is now my favorite hotel in Ann Arbor and will be where I stay again the next time I travel to Ann Arbor solo.
