Charming top floor 2 bedroom / 1BA condo with Ocean Views! Located off 56th street in Brant Beach. Just one house away from the beach, and steps to beach entrance.
Enjoy the sun-drenched deck with southern exposure and ocean views with new furniture, and an umbrella stand with a built-in cooler.
The rentals will be from Friday to Friday in order to avoid the mass confusion of Saturday check in-check out that occurs on the island along with the traffic! This way you'll be able to enjoy a full weekend on LBI! Week or weekend rates available in May & June.

A primary bedroom that sleeps 2 and includes a luxury Queen Size Bed, a dresser, closet, ceiling fan, A/C unit - with partial ocean views.
A 2nd bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds, ceiling fan, A/C unit - and partial ocean view.
Living room sofa has a pullout bed, an arm chair, a dinette table with 4 chairs, a smart TV and wifi, ceiling fan and A/C unit.
Bright, airy bathroom with full shower (no tub).
Sunny kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, new Keurig/ground coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
There is a shared outdoor shower located just outside.
1 off-street parking spot is included.
Coin-operated laundry in the basement.
You must provide all of your own linens including beach, bath, kitchen and hand towels, sheets, pillows, toiletries, and comforters. We supply mattress protectors for each bed.
Linen rental companies are available on the island.
4 beach tags are included with your weekly rental!

Rates vary per week. Weeks are Friday to Friday; sorry no partials.
