This is a wonderful art studio to work in whether your medium is painting, drawing, writing, multimedia, etc. There are three rooms, 15' ceilings, skylights, huge north facing windows looking out on the Sangre de Christo mountains. The main room is 23' by 24', the bedroom is 15' by 19' also with a view of the mountains and then a smaller room and a full bath. There is a simple kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, small convection oven and large 2 burner hotplate. All dishes, pots and pans and kitchen utensils are supplied plus sheets and towels.
It is beautifully quiet here except for the occasional coyote, raven, antelope or owl! There are 4,000 acres of State Trust land right outside the back door and seats are waiting for you to enjoy our magnificent sunsets with no obstructions of your view. We have no street lights out here so your night skies are filled with splendor.
Just 4 miles away is a lovely shopping center with a grocery store, post office, gourmet coffee shop and a number of different types of restaurants are close by.
