Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70β HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under our gorgeous 40 year old Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider. Conveniently located minutes from Downtown Canton attractions, 15 minutes to Downtown Woodstock, and 575 only a short trip to Elijay and Blue Ridge Mountains. Guest have full access to basement and outdoor area beside basement. There is no access through fence into the backyard or into upstairs of home. We like to give guests their privacy. Should you need anything we will only be a quick text or call away. While our home feels in the country itβs within a mile from the interstate (575) and quick access to attractions. The car is the best way to get around here although you can bike to nearby Downtown Canton area. We donβt have a full kitchen but a coffee bar, microwave and fridge. Guests please leave garbage bagged upon departure by the door. Our home is on a 2 acre lot so please respect the serenity of the surrounding nature.
