Our beautiful oceanfront cottage offers great amenities and some of the most breathtaking views you have ever seen, to provide you with the perfect setting for your Maine vacation. It is simply gorgeous here! Set high above the rocky shoreline where the open ocean meets the Damariscotta River, you will be close enough to hear the waves crashing on the rocks below and to see the abundant wildlife and working lobster boats.
Although it is only 5.5 miles from all of the action in downtown Boothbay Harbor, LobsterCliff is a very peaceful and serene retreat. It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood and is directly on a scenic 2 mile road loop that hugs the coastline and is great for walking, running and biking.
This lovely seasonal cottage features exposed beams, high pitched ceilings, and a relaxing, nautical color palette. You will find comfortable furnishings, fluffy towels, new duvets, cozy Maine quilts and high quality linens. We take pride in keeping our lovely cottage exceptionally clean. We also offer Roku TV and WiFi. Relax on our large deck that is right off the living room that has great Adirondack and lobster pot chairs.
This property is managed by Chill Vacation Rentals, a small, locally owned boutique management company. All of our waterfront cottages have great bedding, and duvets that are laundered on every turn. If you want an immaculate waterfront cottage, with great amenities and fast and personalized service, you have found it.
The parking area is conveniently located adjacent to the front door, providing very easy access with only a few steps into the single level cottage.

*There are no closets in the bedrooms. Even though the cottage sleeps 4, due to its small size, it is best suited for 2 adults or a family.
Parking - There is a small parking area that will fit a maximum of 2 regular sized cars or SUVs. Large trucks and RV vehicles are not allowed. There is no street parking.
Due to the cliffside setting, there is no direct water access from the cottage
There is good, cable-based wifi, but the cellular service is spotty. Wifi calling is recommended. There is also a landline onsite
