Summary: When we arrived, there were dozens of lady bugs on the windows, ceiling, walls, furniture and walls. We called the manangement company and they quickly sent a gentleman to vacuum them up the same day (thanks). They told us it was seasonal but the window AC units made it easy for them to get in. Also, the road noise was worse before they took the AC unit out.
