This is a very secluded walkout located on 27 acres on Spring Lake - a wilderness lake. Perfect for couples or groups with1200 square feet on one level. (Pricing is for groups of two. There will be an additional fee per person for large groups.)
This lower level includes two bedrooms, full modern kitchen and full modern bath, living room and dining area. Built in 2010.
The rental is the walkout (lower) level of a house with a private entrance. Extra bedrooms (including private bathrooms) perfect for large groups, are available on the second level with a separate entrance only during the summer months and Birkie week. Be sure to check to see if extra bedrooms are available and request them, if you need them, when you book. There is an additional fee for the extra bedrooms which are NOT automatically included. They MUST be requested when making your reservation. I do NOT rent the entire house. I rent the walkout level (lower level) plus two bedrooms/bathrooms for overflow for larger groups. I have a total of 5 beds - queen, double and singles - on the lower level. Maximum group size 8 people. If you use the upper level rooms that will give you two extra queen size beds. I also have available a pack and play and high chair for young children. Please let me know if you will need it.
Amenities include fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, snowshoe and ski trails on site. Two kayaks and one canoe available for your use as well as several pairs of snowshoes. Only 3 miles from the American Birkebeiner Trail. Take in wildlife, fall color, explore the bog and find many unique forms of wildlife. See deer from your window. Internet is available on a limited basis. It is not sufficient for gaming and streaming.
Spring Lake is located in Sawyer County, Wisconsin. This wilderness lake is 220 acres in size. It is 18 feet deep at its deepest point. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.
Please note that I have special pricing for the Birkie along with a non cancellation policy. For all other stays my cancellation policy is much more relaxed. Thanks for your understanding
