This apt. has its own entrance, two bedrooms, one with a day bed with trundle, the other with a queen bed. There are several easy chairs and a vanity in the queen bedroom. In the main room and second bedroom there is a TV each. The kitchen table with 3 chairs is in the second bedroom as well. There is a complete kitchen in the main room with sink, full size fridge, microwave, stove, cabinets with all the pots, pans and baking needs. The private bathroom has a shower with rimless glass and 3 upper cabinets and one lower for all of your storage needs. There is 12' of closet space, and lovely antiques in all the rooms. The family room was built in 2016, with the bedroom addition and kitchen completed in 12/2018, so all is new and modern. We also have a beautiful swimming pool to which you would have access. You have your own patio, miles of walking trails or horse back riding trails, a 20 minute drive into the town of Aiken, and 40 min. from Augusta. We are in a gated community, so very safe and quiet. If you are traveling with your horses we have accommodations for them too! (Extra charge)
NOTE: My minimum stay is one week.
