Unit 2 is located on the 1st floor & has two spacious bedrooms with beautiful river views. Each unit has shared access to the front yard, private fire pits overlooking the river & assigned off street parking spot in the driveway. Wonderful, location with several local amenities & close to many Adirondack attractions.
Centrally, located between Lake Placid & Plattsburgh, NY in the heart of Au Sable Forks on the main road to Wilmington (White Face), & Lake Placid. We’re directly on the East branch of the Au Sable River & walking distance to many things. Including, a shuttle to Lake Placid/Whiteface. Unit 2 is located on the first floor and has 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 double beds The second bedroom has a queen size bed, desk/vanity & small closet. Both bedrooms have double windows with views of the river. The large living room room features a comfortable sofa, love seat & club chair with a flat screen smart TV. The living room has a large opening into a beautiful kitchen with a spacious dining room. Complimentary, coffee & tea can be found on the coffee coffee bar in the dining room. The dining room features 3 windows overlooking your private covered deck facing the Au Sable River. Your private yard space is equipped with Adirondack chairs & a fire pit. Firewood, will be provided for your convenience. From the yard you can take the short path down the bank to access the river. This building was originally constructed in the 1900’s & still has some of it’s original charm but has been recently updated.
