Our townhouse has a beautiful view of the lake and the par 3 golf course surrounds the townhouses. It is a peaceful area but also has many activities nearby. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a king bed with attached bathroom in the master. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a twin bed and bunk bed (double on bottom and single on top). All bedrooms are upstairs. The townhouse has laundry facilities, towels, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven. There is a TV and a DVD player with multiple movies. No internet/cable in the townhouse but there is internet available at the clubhouse. There is a window air conditioner in the master bedroom and multiple fans. There is a indoor fireplace and place is fully heated for winter use. Enjoy the view of the lake on the outdoor patio with chairs, table, fire pit and grill. Kayaks available in addition to lawn and board games. The property is located approximately 2 hours from the twin cities.
There is a beach available on Birch Island Lake and boat launch. There is a par 3 golf course, 18 hole golf course, mini golf, tennis courts(basketball and pickle ball), playground, bocce ball and club house with restaurant, gym, and indoor pool also a short walk away.
