Welcome to this cozy, simple yet beautiful 1350 sq. ft. house built in 1858, with wood floors and handsome trim.
Make s'mores in the fire pit, watch the deer graze in the 1/2 acre yard, and swim in the nearby river. Enjoy this quiet neighborhood with a community feel, 2 miles to downtown Northampton.
Enjoy the queen bed in the first floor bedroom (full bath w/tub/shower) and the double bed in the second floor bedroom (half bath). Both bedrooms have ample clothing storage and they are used only by guests. The bedrooms have blackout shades or curtains, and window a/c units to provide a sound night sleep. There are lovely cotton linens and towels.
Please note that because this is my personal residence when the house is not rented (this is a whole house rental), certain areas are closed off from guest use where my personal items are stored. Reach out if travelling with children.
