Located in a private subdivision in Tucker, Georgia, this 2 bedroom lower level (***This is in my home***) executive rental has everything you desire. Some may say this is a basement apartment that I describe as lower level due to large full length windows in each large bedroom. Also, the kitchen is professionally designed and the interior lighting and fixtures are not fluorescent lights. To me, a basement has poor lighting.
This suite is open and inviting and bright. You can unwind after touring or working on the patio and have a glass of wine viewing the forest.
***NEW*** WE NOW HAVE A CEMENT SIDEWALK GOING FROM THE DRIVEWAY TO YOUR PRIVATE ENTRANCE. This is not an accessible unit. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE A SIDEWALK WITH STAIRS TO THE BACK DOOR AT THE LOWER LEVEL OF OUR HOME.
The welcome/ mudroom is shared so the owner can access the electrical panels without disturbing rental guests.
There are two large bedrooms with closets and dressers. There's a reading nook with a wonderful view of the forest in the corner of the master bedroom suite.
The livingroom design is mid century modern with a large colorful comfy club chair, a gorgeous blue sofa that folds into a bed, matching end tables & console with stereo TV.
The custom designer kitchen with two-tone cabinets with custom marble countertops. It also has a gas stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and side by side refrigerator with water filter. There's a pantry to hide the cleaning supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, and tools you need to make an amazing gourmet meal for you and your companions.
There is a powder room located off the dining area. The dining table is gothic in design and has an extra leaf. There are 6 dining chairs and 3 extra modern chairs in the living room so you can accommodate 6 when dining.
There's a wine bar fridge that can be removed at your request.
This luxury rental has an oversized spa shower with two separate vanities. The shower has a double body spray, rainfall head, and a spray wand for ultimate relaxation.
One bedroom has a Queen bed and twin. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and boasts a custom closet organizer with a reading reading corner.

Tucker has a great downtown area, is very close to Stone Mountain Park, and close by car to all the Atlanta area has to offer.
