Spectacular views facing west with marvelous sunsets and a steady breeze. Wildlife abound. Deer, Bald Eagles, Fox, Rabbits and more inhabit the area.
5 miles to the historic town of Rock Hall, a scenic fishing village on the eastern shore, boasts several restaurants featuring the local delicacy of steamed blue crabs, rock fish and more, caught just off the shore line. Rock Hall also has a supermarket, Pharmacy, Seafood shops and a variety of retail shops to browse in. Chestertown…”the big city” is 13 miles away. Annapolis 45 mins. DC in 1 1/2 hours.
The house has four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite), and all on one level. The open floor plan and large sliding glass doors throughout offer vistas of the bay from almost every room. The living room opens to a deck and a screened in porch with a dining table and plenty of comfortable seating. A fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, stove top and more is a great place to cook in. The house and furnishings are finished to a high standard.
The Deck leads to an in ground pool (40 x 16) just off the Master bedroom. The pool area is fully equipped with cushioned loungers and sun chairs for 8. The pool is maintained weekly by an outside service.
