First, is a king size bed, then next the sitting area centered around the gas fireplace. Sitting area includes a sofa (queen size sleeper), leather arm chair with ottoman and coffee table. There is a desk and leather storage bench near the foot of the king-size bed.
The area is very spacious and easily sleeps a family of 4.
