Sitting on over 10 acres with 800’+ of lake frontage, this property offers ample opportunities for enjoying the outdoors (hiking, biking, kayaking, sailing, yard games, etc). The home is surrounded by 3 expansive decks with views of the lake, forest, & rock formations. The largest of the 3 decks boasts seating & dining accommodations and breathtaking views of the sunset over the lake.

Turning to the interior, this home offers grand spaces for entertaining and intimate spaces to getaway. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line Dacor & Subzero appliances, tableware made by local artists, and ample kitchen equipment (mixer, large pots & pans, crockpot, microwave, coffee maker, and much more!). The kitchen has sweeping views of the forest & rock formations and has access to the side porch with a gas Weber grill.

The grand lodge room located at the rear of the home offers expansive 270degree views of the water with french doors opening onto the impressive rear deck. This space houses a TV room with a custom down-filled couch, dining room with seating for 10, and a seating area with a wood burning fireplace. This lodge space is filled with light and designed with comfort in mind. An easy to use Bose surround sound system enhances the experience both inside and outside.

The first floor also offers a full bedroom & bathroom, laundry/mudroom with washer & dryer, and storage for grilling equipment and beach towels & toys. The phenomenal flow of the first floor brings the outside in and makes enjoying time with family seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.
