Its time to getaway from it all in this beautifully decorated 2018 town home. The owner has thought of all of the amenities that you will need to relax and play during your beach getaway. Sawgrass South is a gated community with great amenities. Within this resort-like atmosphere it has two clubhouses, two community pools two gyms, public grills, tennis and basketball courts. The clubhouse has weekly planned activities(IE: wine tasting, bingo, etcetera). There are several golf courses near by. It is only three miles away from the local Tanger Outlets and is only five miles away from Rehoboth town and beach.
This brand new fully furnished townhouse offers four bedrooms with two and a half baths. The first floor has a master suite with a king size bed, dining room, kitchen, living room, half bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and sun room with a gas fireplace. The second floor has three bedrooms two are furnished with queen sized beds and the other room is furnished with a twin bed and twin size bunk beds. Every room is also equipped with a TV. There is a living area outside the rooms with a couch and TV, and a full bath. The four bedrooms and the living room have 4K HD Smart TV's with cable. FREE Beach Parking Pass with ever rental.
