Recently renovated, house was built in the late 1930's and is the only residence left in the now commercial district of Chapmanville, West Virginia. The house is excellently located right off of the Main Street (Rt.10) and the train tracks running behind the house through the town. Daily traffic passing the large front covered porch and fenced front yard. You can enjoy the mountain cool climate and the fresh air while you rock away in a chair. Located within seconds of the local grocery, stores, quick shopping, and many food amenities. We recommend a Gino's Pizza, located at the other end of the town about 1 mile away. If you wish to venture off we encourage you to visit Giovanni's Pizza in West Logan.
