Experience a Minnesota lake vacation without all the driving (or gas $$$)! Less than 45 minutes from the metro, you'll enjoy this year-round air-conditioned home with 100 feet of private access to 1,000 acres of clear water - a loon spotting is a sure thing! Sugar Lake is known for excellent fishing and the water quality is great for playing in the water!
We offer space for up to 9 people over age 5 plus three more 0-4 year olds per our township rules. No pets or parties allowed.
Kids and adults will love spotting fish right off the dock. Our backyard is grassy right up to the lake and there you’ll find zero depth entry sandy bottom water that gently slopes so you have plenty of room for small kids to safely splash. Depending on the time of year the water is about 4 feet deep at the end of the dock.
The public landing boat launch is less than 5 minutes away and you can tie up your boat on our 60 ft dock.

This property is our family cabin. We are pleased to share it with you but ask that you treat it like your own home. As such, we have these policies in place:
Our home accommodates up to 9 adults plus 3 children under age 5 per our township VRBO rules.
Due to severe allergies of one of our children we can not accommodate any pets, service animals or emotional support animals.
Guests are required to submit a selfie of themselves with a driver’s license or state id. A damage deposit and a signed rental agreement are required.
This is a quiet street and neighborhood which you will enjoy. If you are looking for a party house please look elsewhere. Noise or trespassing complaints from neighbors will result in a fine subtracted from your damage deposit.
