Summary: Not happy with having to hold down the lever in order for the toilet to flush. Not happy that the sliding doors were screwed shut, safety/fire hazard. Not happy that there was no extra safety lock to prevent someone entering after the door was closed. Not happy with the fact that there were two of us checked in but not enough towels, soap or shampoo provided. Had to ask for more. Also not happy that the shampoo was in ketchup type plastic container and extremely hard to open, I had to use my teeth. The people were extremely courteous and the place was clean just run down.
