You'll have sole (exclusive) use of the entire upstairs apartment and fenced-in front yard with hot tub/dining area. The front yard and all its amenities ARE NOT shared with anyone else!
The laundry room is located in the basement and is shared by the downstairs listing.
Other Details to note:
Below you is a basement apartment that I rent separately that has its own private entrance around the back side of the house. Because it’s an older home, noise can transfer easily to the unit below you so keeping noise to a minimum during quiet hours of 10pm-8am is very important to me.
You're welcome to use the brand new double set of LG washer/dryers in the basement but please be aware these are shared with my downstairs guests and/or used by my cleaners in-between guests. You can access the laundry room by opening the deadbolt door to the basement, walking down the stairs and down the short hallway and the laundry is to your right.
