Please note air conditioning is available in rooms from the end of may until october, guests are required to show the credit card used during booking and a valid id, safe deposit boxes are available for an extra charge, please note that children aged from 2 to 12 years old are considered children in terms of rates and occupancy, credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization, reservations with half-board do not include drinks in the restaurant, important information temporary restriction:, from 9th december 2025, the hotel’s swimming pool and terrace area will be closed for approximately four weeks for a complete renovation of the terrace and landscaping of the solarium area. these improvements are part of our commitment to enhancing the comfort and experience of our guests. although some machinery will be used, the work will be scheduled to minimize disruption. no work will take place on christmas day or new year’s day, and schedules will be adjusted to reduce the impact on guests as much as possible, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
