The house is one block to the beach stop 41 1/2 and is located in the quaint Village of Michiana. This mid century modern home with floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining room creates a spectacular panoramic view. The open floor plan allows for families to gather in the Kitchen, Living and Dining rooms with ample space and also enjoy the screened in porch and huge open deck area. Our home has a fireplace and smart TV in the great room and a game room/tv room on the lower level. Spend the day relaxing at the beach then come back for dinner and relax by the outdoor fire pit.
The space
Our house sits on a dune and has an amazing views of the neighborhood and peek a boo views of the lake which is easily accessible. Many times you can hear the waves crashing on the shore when you walk outside.
We love sitting in the big open living room and kitchen and looking at the trees through the huge windows. We have a gourmet chef's kitchen with a huge island for entertaining with a pantry full of spices for your cooking enjoyment. At night it gets really dark and the sky fills with stars.
We love going to the beach at night, laying on a blanket in the summer and staring at the stars. There are millions in the sky!
