This recently renovated mid century modern bungalow sits just up the street from the harbor and is perfectly located in South Portland. Just over the bridge from Downtown Portland (1.5 miles to all Commerical Street has to offer), enjoy walking just 2 minutes to Mast Landing Brewery, Red's Dairy Freeze, Otto's Pizza, or the public library. Downtown South Portland is just half a mile away, while scenic Willard beach (1.5 miles) and the Portland Headlight (2.5 miles) are a quick bike ride away!
The house is filled with natural light and features one queen bedroom, one double bedroom, a dining room, full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and front porch. New samsung washer & dryer located in the full height basement.
I'm often finding new pieces of vintage furniture, so upon arrival you may find updated nicknacks, paintings, or accessories that are not in these photos but are consistent with the current aesthetic of these photos. The larger items will be never change, however!
