The home is just two blocks from scenic Lake Minnetonka in the lakeside village of Excelsior, MN. Just twenty minutes from the Minneapolis. The home overlooks downtown Excelsior’s popular Water Street, selected as one of the sixteen “best main streets in America” by Parade Magazine. Excelsior Bay is the perfect point of departure for a fun getaway weekend, special occasion, romantic escape or a refreshing change of pace for the business traveler.

• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. • No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No pets allowed!
