Welcome to the Heartside Haven. Our house has all of the charm of a mid-century home but has been completely modernized to fit all your needs! You and up to 10 of your family/friends can stay at this house together in our 3 bed, 2 bath home. You'll have access to comfortable beds and rooms that are perfect for kids and adults alike, as well as a large, fully-stocked kitchen. You're mins from major highways, stores, and attractions, making this the perfect spot for everything happening in Dallas.
The Space:
The open-concept living space will welcome guests into the home. First, you will see the living room on your right with its oversized, comfortable furniture, large SmartTV, and beautiful natural lights. To the left is the dining table with seating for 6. You'll see the fully-equipped kitchen past the table, which is perfect for making a home-cooked meal! Tucked in the corner is an additional eating area and laundry room.
Our home has three bedrooms. The first two bedrooms both features a twin-over-full bunk bed and additional twin bed. They are perfect for kids with their bright colors and fun prints! There is a shared hallway bathroom with a tub for these two rooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bathroom.
Don't forget the backyard, which has a fire pit and open seating!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet, residential area on the north side of Dallas in Farmers Branch / Addison, which is CENTRALLY LOCATED. 13 minutes from DFW & 12 minutes from Love Field. 20 minutes to Dallas, 45 minutes to Fort Worth, 30 minutes to Plano, and a 5 min drive to the Galleria Mall with fine dining restaurants.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
