The space
Single-level, modern 2BR/1BA home (back of the house) with a bright open layout. The living room has a comfy sofa, large 75" smart TV, and a cozy den-style seating area for movie nights. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters, full-size appliances (including dishwasher), bar seating, and a small dining nook. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each offer plush queen beds with bamboo pillow, closets, and room-darkening shutters. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo and ample storage. Laundry is on site with a private washer/dryer. Outside, enjoy the private backyard with fruit trees (pomegranate, orange, grape, lemons) and garden, fenced patio with lounge seating and garden planters—perfect for coffee or an evening wind-down. Fast Wi-Fi 6 covers the whole home, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable. The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay. Pets welcome with approval.
You will be able to self check-in with lockbox, but please confirm your reservation and checkin instruction and ask any question beforehand, especially when you plan to checkin really late - we might be at sleep.
The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through Vrbo app if there are any changes in advanced.
Other things to note
For our pet owners, please bring your pets for a walk instead of potty in the garden. The pee will kills the plants’ roots, we also don’t want to have other guests accidentally step into the poop. To be a good neighbor, please pick up after them whenever they go.
We are proud of creating memories for our guests, so you are welcome to host a small get together if you let us know in advanced. Since all of our neighbors have our contact info, please messaged us exactly how many people will be visiting and staying in advanced and respect the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am.
Additionally, please clean up and take away the trash after to prevent overflowing our trash can. We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fee or excess trash if we have too much trash too early (Thurs is our trash pick up), we need to physically take the trash out to dump and pay additional fees! DO NOT put trash in the recycle bin, they will refuse to pick up our trash!
Please keep in mind, we do occasionally need to access the basement and the garage for supplies. The laundry room is located outside of the main house, you will be able to use the same key to open it. You also have the dedicated parkings on the driveway. Since we are very close to the airport, occasionally we can hear the plane if our windows and doors are opened :)
