The space
This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.
Free Wifi (300 MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety.
Main Level
Upon entering through the front door, you will see the kitchen on your left. Then it opens into a large sitting area with living and dining room. There is a 55’’ inch ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. The walk out of the patio door to the open deck backing out to beautiful green trees.
The kitchen is setup to accommodate at least 7 people with, all new stuff:
Coffee machine, toaster, microwave.
8 wine glasses, 8 rocks glasses, 8 water drinking glasses.
32 Piece Stoneware Round Dinnerware Set, Service for 8 (8 round dinner plates, 8 salad plates, 8 bowls and 8 handled mugs. All with a post-modern lipped rim design)
Upstairs Level
Master
Upstairs is a master bedroom with private full bathroom, work desk area, two windows and two large double closets. 32” ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.
Bedroom 2 & 3
The other two bedrooms, have their own closets and share a full bathroom. Each bed has two 2 Bath Towels, 2 Hand Towels, and 4 Washcloths. Extra toilet paper and towels are in the linen closet.
Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4
This level is walkout basement with private full bathroom (w/ standing shower). The space has a sitting area and a work desk area. Very open and simple space.
The laundry room is also downstairs (please bring your detergent).
