Welcome to our modern home in the Del Cerro neighborhood, conveniently located ~15 minutes from the city's main attractions. This 5 bed/2.5 bath home is newly built and offers plenty of space for you to rest and relax during your stay in our beautiful city. We can comfortably sleep 10 adults and small children (1 crib + pack n play). With great views of the sunrise and sunset from the front and back of the property, you can soak in all of the beauty San Diego has to offer from here!
Our home features an open floor plan on the ground floor with cool, concrete flooring to add that modern touch. The large kitchen features quartz countertops and high-end appliances with everything a chef would need. There are three separate dining areas to accommodate your group: a 12-seat dining table, a kitchen island with 5 barstools, and a breakfast nook that seats 6.
The living room features plenty of seating around the 80” tv for your entertainment pleasure. There are also board games available for adults and children to have a fun game night.
The kitchen opens up onto the covered back patio where there is plenty of comfortable seating to relax in. A newly renovated back yard now includes a BBQ area, turf, a deck with 8ft stock tank plunge pool/hot tub, and fire pit with seating. Plenty of space to relax, play games, or just enjoy the view!
Four bedrooms are located upstairs along with a laundry room and two full bathrooms. One bedroom currently contains a crib along with two twin beds. The fifth bedroom is located downstairs and is a twin bed with a twin trundle.
For any guests traveling with small children, we have plenty of baby gear, toys, and books available for you to use during your stay (e.g. baby bath, stroller, backpack carrier for hikes, etc) so you can travel a bit lighter! Please ask ahead of time and if we have it, we’ll make sure to leave it for you.
Please note that we take our guest safety very seriously and thoroughly clean and disinfect surfaces prior to each guest stay. Certain areas of the home, including the garage, are locked and not available for guest access.
