The Pilot House: The entrance of this home has a conveniently located laundry room and half bath before entering the heart of the home. The sprawling kitchen has everything you need and is opened to the living room and dining area with spectacular water views of Spring Lake. The living room opens up to the outdoors with a sliding wall to the deck overlooking the lake. There's plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful custom built home.
The bedrooms are all conveniently located upstairs with each having its own Bathroom. The bunk room offers Two Queen beds w/ two upper twins, a flat-screen TV, and a huge walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony, a sprawling master en suite bathroom with a soaking tub (and lake views!) with a walk-in shower.
OUTSIDE
Tucked in a quiet, quaint neighborhood you will feel right at home. This home is situated on a corner lot with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or an evening sunset over the lake.
PARKING
The drive and parking area comfortably allow three vehicles. Guests are responsible for figuring out where to park any additional vehicles.

Located in Spring Lake, less than 5 miles from Grand Haven and the downtown area with plenty of bar and restaurant options, You will not be at a loss for fun! The State Park Beach and Lighthouse are nearby with a beautiful boardwalk and area parks. A short drive north brings you to Northern Michigan destinations like Muskegon, Silver Lake, Pentwater, and Ludington. There is no shortage of beauty and things to do here!

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
-100% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
-No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before the reservation date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.
Please note this property has a 7-night minimum stay and during our peak summer months, it only rents Saturday-Saturday.
