Rental is on the 2nd floor stair access above a small estate sale business office with very limited hours of operation and traffic. Office hours are between 9AM-6PM only a few days a week and usually only abbreviated hours, not full days. Stay includes full use of a 2.5 car HEATED garage with private entrance inside. There is also plenty of additional parking. Pets are welcome with great walking trails nearby for them to get plenty of exercise and do their business. Internet, Cable, Washer, and Dryer included. Home has cooling and radiant heat you control. Complimentary toiletries provided. All safety items are up to date and location is monitored. We are COVID Safe certified utilizing approved industry precautions. All detergents and cleaning supplies used are natural and free of harsh chemicals and scent-free and most are products of DoTerra and Melaleuca brands. Entry is contactless with a key pad. The amazing El Pinto restaurant is with in walking distance, or make a short 15-minute drive to the world’s longest Tram. Stroll along the River or walk over to Before and After Body Care for an Outstanding Massage or Detox.

Balloon crews, you are a 2-minute commute to the balloonist/ VIP North Parking entrance on Tramway. Not on a crew? It will be a 3–4-minute drive to the fastest entrance. Forget being stuck for hours on I25 trying to get in. Balloonists can get back from picking up the balloon just as quickly including from the West Side if the winds should take you that way. Not flying today? Back your trailers into the garage and securely store your gear while you enjoy the sites. Need some additional meeting or gathering room?
