The large work area and bar provides seating with four bar stools. An open floor plan offers ocean views from the kitchen to the balcony. With beautiful new hardwood floors, this space is comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa, dining table seating four, and a large mounted television. The king size bedroom also includes a flat screen tv. Luxury continues into the new bathroom with a custom tiled shower and new vanity. For convenience, the villa includes a powder room and a washer and dryer.
The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline.
