Pulling up to your concrete parking pad, just steps from your private front door, you'll enter Modern Willow Studio. A spacious 680sq. ft. studio set with open concept living room, dining, kitchen, 2-4 person sleeping and beautiful 3/4 bath. Modern Willow is set with large windows on each wall, all facing the beautiful oak woods. With the spacious area to spread out, you'll feel cozy with the electric fireplace at the foot of your comfortable queen bed. A great place to escape the city or relax after a hike on various trails in Morrison County.
*This space is comfortable and convenient for the traveler! Less than 4 minutes from Little Falls for business. Right across the road from the state snowmobile trail. A quick 4 minute drive to grocery, gas and shopping!
*Guest access includes two parking spaces and suite with private key code for entry.
*We are readily available for questions by text, email or phone. If anything is needed we are able to accommodate in a timely manner. There is generally no interaction with guests, unless requested.
*Although there are no trails on our property, there are many walking, hiking, biking and snow shoe trails within a quick car ride located around Morrison County. (Crane Meadows National Wildlife Refuge and Charles Lindbergh State Park are just a couple miles away.)
*This suite provides a private, spacious, beautiful location for business travelers, local explorers, guests passing through, great getaway overflow for family holidays or in-law visits.
*The suite offers a queen, pull out couch. Bedding for this is available upon request. Prices listed are for up to 2 guests. Each guest after 2 will be charged an additional $20 per night.
*Black out curtains on all windows in living space and door.
*NO parties! Gatherings of non-registered guests are NOT welcome.
*For our four legged visitors: We love pets and we treat them like we do our human guests, so there is a $40 a night charge for each pet to stay in the suite.
We have a nice space just south of the driveway for them to go potty and also have dishes, beds for our four legged friends if requested!
*TV is a ROKU tv. Many apps like Netflix and Hulu are available for use. We suggest logging out of your personal account before departure. Local channels are available on the app Locast on the tv.
*Heat is provided through a in floor heating system. There is also an electric fireplace inside the suite that when on, provides an enormous amount of heat. The thermostat located in the kitchenette controls the heating and cooling in the suite. There are multiple large windows for sunlight as well as natural air flow.
*Wifi provided. Great reception throughout suite.
*Our family home is attached to our garage on the North side and the suite is attached to the garage on the South side. No noise transfer as the garage acts as a great buffer. The backyard is only for homeowners use, our family does share the driveway and pet area with our guests. The grill and patio set in front of the suite entrance is for our guests use.
